Things that I watched when I had Covid

I was very unfortunate to get covid, my symptoms started on April 4th, 2022. I was not feeling particularly healthy the night before. But I woke up early and took a test and boom, Covid.

In no particular order, Just want came to my head that I watched. I don’t remember the first day to much.

This is going to be an updated post, as I am still sick.

Station Eleven

Rating: 5 out of 5.

There are two lines in this show that hit me really hard. The first one comes in the second episode “To the monsters, we’re the monsters” and “Burn every parasite motherfucker alive.”

I was given this book during the first year of the pandemic. It was weird to be reading about a pandemic, while in a pandemic.

I watched every show in one day and listened to the podcast in between each episode.

Star Wars Kid: The Rise of the Digital Shadows

Rating: 5 out of 5.

“I Love Life” – Ghyslain Raza

I don’t think I ever watched the meme videos about this kid, who is now an adult. I only saw the remixes and what was shown on television shows. But what he went through was horrible, and I am glad that he came out on top of it all.

Pacific Rim

Rating: 3 out of 5.

I think that I caught this on TV somewhere and I wanted to finish it. But really, I only wanted to watch the beginning. The first 10 minutes of this are great. It shows huge scale, but as the movie trudges along, the monsters and robots don’t look huge anymore. It looks like a video game.

Man of Steel

Rating: 4 out of 5.

The music is what gets me every time, it gets me super emotional to hear his walk-in music. The first hour and 10 minutes of this are great, but the ending is dull and boring.

The Imitation game

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Darkest Hour

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Killing Them Softly

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Tony Hawk: Until the Wheels Fall Off

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Pretending I’m a Superman: The Tony Hawk Video Game Story

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Jimmy Savile: A British Horror Story

Rating: 5 out of 5.
